• We inspect that which is readily accessible at the time of inspection. We are not an insurance or warranty company, we inspect & report to YOU, the client.
• We inspect your entire home, including: roof/soffits/gutter, exterior, detached garage, structure, plumbing/heating/electrical, insulation and interior.
• No secrets - we want you, the client, to attend the inspection.
• We do not estimate costs of repairs/nor perform them.
• Services include ammeter/volt meter/moisture meter/carbon monoxide meter.
• We will provice a full pdf report including pictures within 4 hours of inspection.
• An inspection typically takes between 2 1/2-3hrs, which includes both visual, testing and pictures.
